Tento syndrom se vyv\u00edj\u00ed postupn\u011b, obvykle po m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch, nebo dokonce letech neust\u00e1l\u00e9ho tlaku a nap\u011bt\u00ed. M\u016f\u017ee postihnout ka\u017ed\u00e9ho, kdo c\u00edt\u00ed, \u017ee se neust\u00e1le pot\u00fdk\u00e1 s nadm\u011brn\u00fdmi po\u017eadavky, nedostate\u010dnou uzn\u00e1n\u00ed nebo s pocitem, \u017ee jeho pr\u00e1ce ztratila smysl.
